When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.
How are my products shipped?
Orders are shipped with recorded delivery. Shipping costs will depend on size and quantity, but don’t forget you get free shipping on orders over 150AUD after any discount has been applied.
The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. The vast majority of parcels ship plastic-free, with the only exception to this being framed prints which sometimes ship wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent the glass breaking.
Will I be able to track my products?
Yes. There is detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK. When shipped to the UK, Orders are only tracked on collection and delivery.
Where can I find my parcel tracking information?
Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address. Please allow 48 hours to receive your tracking code.
When will my products be delivered?
This depends on the courier handling your parcel. See your shipping estimate at checkout and delivery times below.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from our shipping service until this time.
If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking your local post office and confirming your address. Please also note that we must be notified within 50 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge
